 at 4:08 PMMY FIRST ATTEMPT TO BAKE ........... MACAROONS !! I followed the recepie,after i pop the trays to the oven. i'm expecting it to come out like the macaroon biscuit like this ....... but it turns out to be something like ....  THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  terribly disappointed :( like cookie eh. Followed macaroon recipe come out like cookie how can that be ???? But... the 'cookie' taste not bad lah =) very crispy. I let Ah dumb try, he say not bad leh, Just that TOOO SWEET !!! I added icing sugar and granulated sugar. 超超超超超超超超超甜 ~~ But i don't know why it turns out okay leh, Quite nice. Going make that again this Saturday :D Maybe going ask Ahdumb come my house pei me bake cookie, Hohoho :P Mixing the egg white very fun eh, Using the electric hand mixer. Egg white turns to like fluffy white foam! Whahahaha i enjoy baking :D:D:D below are some picture of the process, I still put star shape sugar on top eh, Sweet X 8
